Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Ratana International, we strive to provide our guests with a seamless and enjoyable experience. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel or modify your reservation. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring that you have a clear understanding of our procedures and any associated charges.

Cancellation Policy

Standard Reservations:

Cancellation Requests Made 48 Hours Prior to Check-In: No cancellation fee will be charged. You will receive a full refund of any prepayments.

Cancellation Requests Made Less Than 48 Hours Prior to Check-In: A cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of one night's stay will be charged.

Non-Refundable Reservations:

Prepaid and Non-Refundable Rates: These reservations are not eligible for refunds. Any modification or cancellation will result in the full charge of the reservation amount.

Group Reservations (10 rooms or more):

Cancellation Requests Made 14 Days Prior to Check-In: No cancellation fee will be charged. You will receive a full refund of any prepayments.

Cancellation Requests Made Less Than 14 Days Prior to Check-In: A cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged.

Refund Policy

Eligible Refunds:

Refunds will be processed for eligible cancellations as per the above-mentioned Cancellation Policy. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation approval.

Non-Refundable Reservations:

No refunds will be issued for non-refundable reservations, regardless of the cancellation date or reason.

Modifications to Reservations

Standard Reservations:

Modifications can be made up to 24 hours before the check-in date, subject to availability. No modification fees will be charged.

Non-Refundable Reservations:

Modifications are not allowed. Any changes will be treated as a cancellation, and the full reservation amount will be charged.

Group Reservations:

Modifications can be made up to 7 days before the check-in date, subject to availability. Modifications within 7 days of check-in may incur additional charges.

No-Show Policy

Standard Reservations:

If you do not arrive at the hotel on the scheduled check-in date and have not informed us of a cancellation, a no-show fee equivalent to one night's stay will be charged.

Non-Refundable Reservations:

The full reservation amount will be charged in the event of a no-show.

Group Reservations:

If the group does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date and has not informed us of a cancellation, a no-show fee equivalent to 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged.

Early Departure Policy

Standard Reservations:

Guests who depart earlier than the scheduled check-out date will be charged for the full length of the stay, unless the early departure is communicated and agreed upon at least 48 hours in advance.

Non-Refundable Reservations:

No refunds will be issued for early departures.

Group Reservations:

Early departures for group reservations must be communicated at least 7 days in advance. Charges for the remaining nights may still apply.

Special Circumstances

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. In cases of extreme situations such as natural disasters, serious illness, or other emergencies, please contact our customer service team. We will review these situations on a case-by-case basis and do our best to accommodate your needs.
